生产线明细客户的动物饲料生产公司，成立于2015年，从事鸡、猪饲料的生产和销售。由于当地电厂已不能供应蒸汽，无法满足目前鸡猪饲料生产厂25t/h的产品质量要求。因此，为了提高产品质量，减少污染物排放，提高清洁生产效率，客户实施了“25t/h鸡猪饲料生产线技术改造项目”。本25t/h鸡猪饲料生产线技术改造项目总建筑面积4300平方米，主要建设内容为生产车间、仓库、办公室等设施。生产过程主要包括一次筛分、破碎、配料、混合、制粒、冷却、成品包装等。这个25吨/小时的鸡猪饲料生产项目，饲料加工技术先进，产品质量高，能耗低，污染少。在工艺技术、设备选择、管理措施、废弃物回收利用等方面符合清洁生产原则和循环经济理念，清洁生产水平满足清洁生产要求。这个项目总共有30名工人。本厂完整的25t/h鸡猪饲料加工厂设有食堂。用水量标准为100L/(人•d)。 The annual working time of the project is 300 days.
