The design of flat die pellet mill also decides that it is more suitable in small-scale pellet production especially produce soft raw material.

1.Price. The price of ring die pellet mill machine is much higher than flat die pellet mill machine.

2.Feeding material way. Flat die pellet mill machine relies on material own weight entering into pressing chamber vertically, while ring die pellet mill machine adopts curve feeding trough rolling compression feed and high speed rotating into the compression bin.

3.For materials, but both of them can process animal feed,and wood sawdust pellets.

4.Capacity. The capacity of flat die pellet mill machine ranges from 100KG/H to 2000KG/H. But it has few machines with higher capacity. While ring die type pellet mill ranges from 1ton/H to 30ton/H.
